TROUBLESHOOTING

CLEANING CACHE
Once in a while, you should clear your cache files to refresh your RedM application and clear out any old builds.

While not in-game and with your RedM application closed, go to your local disk and follow the steps below:
Go to USERS > YOUR USER NAME > APPDATA > LOCAL > REDM.
From there, open the REDM APPLICATION DATA folder (it will look like a snail) and then the DATA folder.
Within, delete everything within the CACHE, SERVER-CACHE, and SERVER-CACHE-PRIV folders.

GAME FILE VERIFICATION
To verify your game files if you have RDR2 on Steam, you can open your Steam Library and right-click your copy of Red Dead Redemption 2 and select PROPERTIES. In the menu, choose LOCAL FILES and then choose VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES.

This can be a lengthy process, so be sure you're ready to commit.
